Meet the Spinwheely team

Every guide on Spinwheely is written, tested, and maintained by our small editorial team. No ghost-written personas, no outsourced filler — just one team behind every article.

SpinWheely Team

Editorial Team

SpinWheely is built and maintained by a small independent team. Our editorial team writes every article on this blog, tests every tool we cover against real use cases — classroom draws, creator giveaways, team picks, family decisions — and updates posts when platforms or tools change. We don't use ghost-written bylines or fictional author personas: every guide is a team product.

How we create content

We follow the same process for every article on the site — whether it's a tutorial, a tool comparison, or a how-to guide.

  • 1. Test the tool

Before writing, we use the tool the post is about — with realistic lists, slow networks, and edge cases — so the article reflects what you'll actually experience.

  • 2. Write for a real reader

Every guide is written for a specific use case — a classroom draw, a creator giveaway, a team retro — instead of generic keyword filler.

  • 3. Be honest about trade-offs

When a competing tool does something better than Spinwheely, we say so. Our comparison guides are written to help you pick — not to push our tool at any cost.

  • 4. Revisit and update

Tools and platforms change. When something we've covered ships a new feature or removes one, we go back and update the affected posts.
